Rug Refinery is built on three decades of family experience in the rug trade. After years of overseeing textile care for top-tier brands like Restoration Hardware and J.Crew, we realized something: the craftsmanship in this industry is beautiful, but the customer experience is broken.
We created Rug Refinery to fix that. We bring you the meticulous, generational expertise of a traditional workroom, but without the outdated hassle. It’s master-level rug care, backed by seamless booking, clear communication, and white-glove service.
